Description: One of the few houseplants that can bloom year-round in our climate. The bracts (flowers) come in shades of red, white, pink, or purple. The plant has aerial roots that may emerge from the pot; these should not be cut.

Maintenance: Easy to care for, the Anthurium tolerates low light conditions but thrives in medium light. Ensure that the humidity around the roots is adequate; allow only the surface of the soil to dry.
