Latin name: Pilea glauca ‘Aquamarine’.
Description: A favourite among many horticulturists, Pilea Aquamarine is a trailing plant with tiny leaves that may even produce soft orange flowers under the right conditions. It is ideal for terrariums, as a ground cover, or as a standout plant in a hanging basket.
Light: Medium
Watering: Keep the growing mix moist.
Tips & tricks: Always water Pilea Aquamarine from below or by soaking.
Watch for: Monitor for root rot if the plant is overwatered.
Available from March 1st to March 31st at participating garden centers and IGA stores.
