Description: The velvet plant has a velvety appearance due to the purple hairs covering its leaves. Its orange flower emits a nauseating scent; it’s recommended to remove the floral buds. A semi-trailing plant grown for the beauty of its foliage.
Maintenance: Every March, trim back one third to half of the foliage to rejuvenate your plant. New leaves will grow to restore the beauty of your Gynura. Water as soon as the soil begins to dry out on the surface.
