Latin name: Dracaena spp.
Description: A great beginner plant, dracaenas come in a wide range of varieties. Some feature narrow leaves, others broader foliage, with stripes, colour variations, and more. Known for their longevity, dracaenas gradually develop an upright stem and, over time, can even form a trunk.
Light: Medium
Watering: Allow the growing mix to dry between waterings.
Tips & tricks: Rotate the plant once a month to keep it growing straight.
Watch for: Monitor for mealybugs.
