Senecio String of Pearls
Plant care sheet
Latin name: Senecio rowleyanus.
Description: A cascade of small, round green beads trailing gracefully from the pot. Like other succulents, this plant needs a very bright location, ideally near a sunny window, to meet its light requirements. String of Pearls has a small root system, so it prefers a relatively narrow pot.
Light: High, full sun
Watering: Allow the growing mix to dry completely between waterings.
Tips & tricks: Prune and propagate the long stems regularly to prevent the top of the pot from becoming bare.
Watch for: The plant may show signs of rot if overwatered.
